Comment Spam

Rick Bucich

If you’re here from some recent comment of nebulous quality on your site, I apologize.

See, I don’t like spam, especially that nasty automated variety and I called out a company recently who had done so, you can see the comment here. Being the upstanding folks that they are they have decided that the best way to retaliate is to spam the web with my domain. Spammers don’t like being called spammers it seems, go figure.

It would be cool if you could leave me a message with the proposed details of the spam left on your site. Thinking of adding a blog post down the line with a list of sites that received some of their comment love.

Here are examples of a couple of their spam comments left on other sites on my behalf:

“Hi there! I could have sworn I’ve been to this blog before but after
reading through some of the post I
realized it’s new to me. Anyhow, I’m definitely glad
I found it and I’ll be bookmarking and checking back frequently!”

“Oh my goodness! Amazing article dude! Thank you so much, However I am
experiencing difficulties with your RSS. I don’t know the reason why I am unable to subscribe to
it. Is there anybody else getting the same RSS issues? Anyone that knows
the solution will you kindly respond? Thanx!!”

Thanks again for the visit but sorry for the circumstances.
